Breaking down the new #ClubPilates circuit class. I’m loving the new class and teaching this fun new format. Have you taken CP Circuit yet?! How does your instructor teach it? What are you loving and not loving. Note: we aren’t allowed to use the Jumpboard for cardio in this class. I think it’s honestly a shame. Supine cardio is safer, easier to control and more fun honestly. Just my opinion. I hate we can’t use the jump board in this class. Cardio Sculpt is honestly my fave CP class to teach!
