Today’s dinner was crispy fried Alaska pollock fish by @LidlGB coated in a spiced gram flour batter, served with roasted sweet potatoes and simple vegetables. The fish was first marinated in fresh lemon juice, ajwain, and garlic granules to add a light tangy flavour.
